Benefiting Issues Pertaining to Women

The goal for this event is to raise awareness and educate the public on issues pertaining to Women; Domestic and Family Violence, Heart Disease, Substance Abuse, Sexual Assault, Autism, Homelessness and Breast Cancer. These issues affect all of us at some level.

Net proceeds for 2007 :$172,956.11
Net proceeds for 2008 :$151,128.00
Net proceeds for 2009 :$157,241,66

Total net proceeds for 2007, 2008, 2009: $481,325.77

Supervisor Jeff Stone’s 3rd District Race For Humanity 2010 is a joint venture of public and private partners joining private sponsors and public contributions for the successful financial benefit of deserving non-profit organizations who participate in the Race For Humanity.

The Supervisor and his sister Lori, would like to thank all past sponsors and non-profit participants and volunteers, as well as those current for 2010, and everyone who has offered support and dedication to the success of the Race For Humanity. The people served by the participating non-profits are the beneficiaries.Thank you all.
